• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer may be eligible for partial refunds only.

Return Process

• Within Lahore: Our delivery team can collect the product at no extra cost.

• Outside Lahore: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• After inspection, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet, as per the customer’s preference.
